1. The Service

ZenUp lets you write gratitude entries, grow a forest from them, do short exercises and listen to meditations. Meditations are generated with AI from the choices you make; they may contain imperfections.

2. Subscriptions and free trials

• ZenUp Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID or Google account.
• A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Writing and rereading entries stays free without a subscription.

3. Your content

Your entries and photos are yours and are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping copies of anything important; you can export your entries at any time.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service unlawfully, try to disrupt our systems, or reverse-engineer or resell the Service except where the law allows it.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, illustrations, stories, software and marks, belongs to us or our licensors.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Apple

If you downloaded ZenUp from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
